The minidump files indicates the file "semav6msr64.sys". It is related to Intel System Usage Report.

I will recommend that you update the driver using Intel Driver & Support Assistant (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support...).

If that didn't help, try to uninstall the Intel System Usage Report. and see if it stabilizes the system.

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted.

    Hi Noda,

I'm Paul and I'm here to help you with your concern.

Can you share the minidump files?

    1. Open Windows File Explorer
    2. Go to C:\Windows\Minidump
    3. Zip those files
    4. Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox . . . etc.).
    5. Then share the link here.

    Thanks.
