Based on the analysis of the dump files, the amdppm.sys file is causing the blue screen. amdppm file is related to AMD processor drivers.
Try following the suggestions mentioned below and see if that helps.
- Press Windows key + R. This will open Run. Alternatively, you can go to Start and search for ‘Run’.
- In Run dialog box, type ‘regedit’ and hit Enter.
- On the left hand pane navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\amdppm
- On the right hand pane look for Start DWORD key
- Now double-click on the key and change the Value Data to 4
- Restart the PC.
