Based on the analysis of the dump files, the amdppm.sys file is causing the blue screen. amdppm file is related to AMD processor drivers.

Try following the suggestions mentioned below and see if that helps.

    1. Press Windows key + R. This will open Run. Alternatively, you can go to Start and search for ‘Run’.
    2. In Run dialog box, type ‘regedit’ and hit Enter.
    3. On the left hand pane navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\amdppm
    4. On the right hand pane look for Start DWORD key
    5. Now double-click on the key and change the Value Data to 4
    6. Restart the PC.

For added protection, back up the registry before you modify it. Then, you can restore the registry if a problem occurs. To backup and restore registry key:

My name is Jonathan Deives. I'm an Independent Advisor and I'll be glad to help you today.

See if your computer is creating minidump files.

    These files are in "C:\Windows\Minidump".

Copy any files you have to your desktop and store them in a ZIP file. Then upload the ZIP file to the cloud (OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc...), choose to share it, and get the link.

Post the link to the ZIP file here.
