Access denied.

Ive recently bought a wd My Cloud EX2 Ultra. My laptop (which runs windows 10) finds it not problen but when i try and open a folder it says access denied and asks for my network credentials. Ive put them in but with no joy.Ive done what has been suggested but with no luck.Please help.Carl

    If It is brand new Disk and if it does not contain any Data then Please try to Reformat it from Disk Management.
