If you perform a clean Windows installation using the USB, please follow this procedure:

Open CMD as administrator, type the command SLUI 4 and press the enter key.
From the screen choose your country. A Microsoft support phone number will appear. After dial the number, an automatic system will prompt for an installation ID. This ID is given in your screen. The automatic system will give you an activation ID. Type this number in the Slui screen. This will complete the activation process.

Hi, Thank you for reply.

I purchased Windows 10 Professional via Amazon India. It came with USB and Product Key. I installed and tried activating with provided key. Below is the error i am receiving as i try to activate.

"We can't activate Windows on this device because you dont have a valid digital license or product key. error code (0x803fa067).

Since i purchased this via amazon, their customer support team asked me to connect with Microsoft on this. They are not assisting any further.

Please provide additional information about it. For example the error code. Also add the Windows version you are using and license type (activation code or digital)
