Microphone Problem

The Problem

Alright so, ever since I bought this PC I noticed the microphone does not work, at all. I tried the microphone on my cellphone but it worked perfectly. [Background sound suppression, distance detecting, quality, everything.] I assumed it's a problem in the headphone jack or drivers.

Everytime I try my microphone on the recorder it just gives me a weird static sound instead of my voice.

Attempts to fix

• I went on YouTube and tried some solutions. One of these solutions was to reinstall the Realtek driver included with my motherboard, I always try to do that but then I get this : -
• I looked for multiple solutions to fix that error, but nothing was found.
• I tried updating the driver from device manager.
• Nothing worked.

System Info

• ASUS Prime H610M-K [MOST FOCUSED ON]
• GTX 1650
• i5 12400F
• 16 GB DDR4 Ram

Laptops and cell phones have a single combo audio jack and it requires a trrs mic.

Desktop computers with 2 separate audio jacks require a trs mic.

I will first suggest that you run Windows Troubleshooter.
Open Settings >> Update and Security >. Troubleshoot >> click Recording Audio >> click Run the troubleshooter.

I tried to troubleshoot it multiple times before but it never detects any problems, the only problem it detects is audio enhancements didn't load which people told me to disable because it sometimes interferes with the input.

I read the manual. It was in spanish. I don't know Spanish. Is your microphone 🎙️ plugged into the pink port on the back?

I'm very sorry for the late response, I completely forgot this post even existed and my microphone is still having problems.
It's connected to the front port on the case.
