Hello, My windows update has been stuck on this screen for over 18hrs. What should I do please?

If you have posted a screenshot then it's not visible. Use the icon insert image on the toolbar in your reply to try again.
I can see the image now.
If it's been like that for 18 hours then the only option is to press and hold the power button to force power off. Give it a minute and power on again, hopefully it will recover.
There is no guarantee though.
