My laptop is midrange laptop and it had a good performance. But recently is started to not take command. Even sometime it works automatically. If I refresh on desktop the taskbar doesn't work. I can't use multiple apps even I can't switch to another Google Chrome tab. I shows where my cursor is, but if I click it doesn't work. Sometime I can't even close an app. I reinstalled windows, tried "sfc/scannow" command but no feedback.

    Hi,

I'm Paul and I'm here to help you with your concern.

Since the issue just happened recently, I will first recommend that you try to use System Restore to restore your Windows to the point before the issue persists.
To open System Restore, Press Windows Key + R > Type and enter: rstrui.exe.

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted.
