Hi sorry for the late reply
I’m not on Lenovo,
Currently operating
Windows 10 home v10.0.19045
Intel i7
Asus prime motherboard
The on screen display literally happened out of no where and I can’t find a way to turn it off

Whenever I press any of the lock buttons (caps, number... etc) a notification appears on screen, this has suddenly started to happen and I have followed all the steps to turn this off (via display or keyboard settings)
How can I turn this off??

Hi, good day! I'm John Dev a Windows user like you and I'll be happy to assist you today. I know this has been difficult for you, Rest assured, I'm going to do my best to help you.
This is usually caused by the manufacturer's utility software installed on your device. Are you using a Lenovo device? if so, please try the method below.
Press Start then search Lenovo Hotkeys
Select the Settings gear icon in the lower left.
Turn off "CapsLock/NumLock OSD"
Kindly let me know if this helps or if you have any further concerns.
Kind regards,
John DeV
