So I just got a new computer and I did a factory reset. After that I wanted to install something but it keeps getting deleted by Win Defender. If I try to open
Windows Security and try to change it, it just says:
Page not found
Your IT admin limited your access ... for additional info ask your IT support.
This is my private computer and I do not know how to fix this. Any help would be nice.

The file you were trying to open had malware, apparently which turned off Windows Security. To fix the same, see the steps by Glen in the answer below:
