Hey,

I have "ASUS vivobook 14 Pro" but for few days ago i stumbled upon a problem that my laptop is not being able to scan my fingerprint. When I started looking about this problem in my laptop settings it showed me this message "we couldn't find fingerprint scanner compatible with windows hello fingerprint" . Can anyone help me with this problem and also can tell me how to setup face-recognization feature also.

I have not tried anything to resolve this problem. As i was hoping to get an experts opinion.

Please remove and reinstall the Fingerprint sensor drivers. The following ASUS articles should help.
