    Hi ,

Sabya here, Independent Windows Adviser. Hope you are doing well.

Can you please let me know when do you receive the error?

In call of duty or any other blizzard games you have the blizzard browser which is used for help and support ingame. The browser is not able to interact with the system files causing the error. This mostly happens due to corrupted files of the game and doing a reinstall of the game should fix the issue.
