Sticky Keys enabling

Question

Every now and again whenever I'm playing a game, most recently it was gtav, previously it was valorant, csgo and stardew valley, my windows key will just be toggled. for example, when i press the letter 'i' on my keyboard, not holding down any modifier keys or the windows key it opens up settings. when i press w, the news widget opens. whenever i press d, it minimizes all my applications. i have sticky keys disabled. i have filter keys disabled. i have toggle keys disabled. i have everything under the sticky keys section in settings disabled. and yet, this error still persists. this never happened to me with windows 10 but since upgrading to 11, this has happened once every other day. what do i do. (this is only an error with my windows key. it has never happened with shift or any other modifier except for windows key)
