Thanks for replying, Il ask the PC manufacturers.
Error code: 0xc000185
When I wanted to open my Acer laptop (which is from 2012), I encountered a problem.
After a while of loading (by loading I mean showing the Acer logo for a long time) it gave me an blue screen giving me a 0xc0000185 error.
When I pressed Enter to try again, it gave me a bit more information saying that /Windows/system32/config/system was missing. I also tried burning the Windows .iso file to a USB drive and plugging it into the Acer laptop but that also didn't work. I tried to look from many sources but they had one thing that is different, the BCD was the problem for them, but for me, it was that system file I mentioned earlier. One thing is that the version of Windows it had on the Acer laptop was different than the one on the USB (if you want to know what the versions are, please reply below) and I also didn't know if the version Windows on my Acer laptop was x86 (32-Bit) or x64 (64-Bit) so I just the x64 version of the Windows .iso I burned to my USB. I also don't know my Acer laptop specs so that might be a problem. I tried accessing my UEFI firmware settings (BIOS), but when it showed a hint of my password, it said some random jumbled up numbers (tell me if you want to see the exact numbers). I also tried swiping F1, F8 and pressing Windows Key + X to access CMD but that didn't work (F1 and F8 do something else, not open CMD). So please if you know anything, please help.
PS, reply if you need for information.

Here is the picture of the jumbled up numbers:
Those jumbled up numbers are supposed to be a "hint" to my password, as I'm coming back to this laptop after a long time I forgot it. Now this might sound silly but, I don't see the spinning dots. It says "Preparing ..." and then goes straight to the blue screen. But since it's asking for installation media, there might be no OS at all.

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Does this method get you into the Recovery Environment
Start your PC, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down
Do this twice
On the third start Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt... etc.

if that does not get you into the Recovery Environment, you indicate you cannot get into BIOS some numbers are coming up on the screen, please provide a photo of that screen
