Help! I am using the one drive online version of Microsoft word. When I type regular text into a document that uses cells, after it saves the text disappears and there is a little box made of dashes that says obj in the middle. Where does my text keep going and how can I get it back???? I'm not trying to copy or paste anything, literally just typing regular words.

    Hi @Gradstudent34 ,

Could you give a screenshot of "there is a little box made of dashes that says obj in the middle"?

Based on your description, I have some questions to confirm with you.

    1. Do you use OneDrive for Personal or OneDrive for Business?
    2. Did you share this document with others?
    3. Does this issue occur on this specific Word document or all?
    4. Do other Office documents like Excel files have similar issue?
    5. Does "cells" here mean Cells object (Word)?
    6. Will this issue occur if you create a new document without cells?

    > I am using the one drive online version of Microsoft word.

<< Do you mean that you opened files saved to OneDrive online in Word Online?
If so, will this issue occur in Word clients?
If no, as tag "office-word-itpro" focuses on general issues about Word clients and issues related to Word Online is not supported in Q&A, you may post your question on Microsoft Community. Thanks for your understanding.

Any updates or misunderstandings, please let me know.
