I had my Windows activation and everything was working find. Until I updated Windows and my activation was just gone. I didn't change any kind of hardware or anything it just disappeared. This happened before but I was able to just click I changed my hardware and it gave it back. When I look for this error code it's rare and there really aren't any fixes that worked for me. When I went to customer service and explained the problem they kept asking if I had a product key and then continued to hang up on me. I have the order history and order number etc. if that helps. Also I bought it digitally and do not have the email that they sent anymore.

    I also don’t have the product key but I do have all the information about the order if that helps.

    Thats for error code 0x803F7001 it is different than mine and besides I had previously tried everything on that list. As I said when I contacted customer service they were no help.
