Windows 11 File Explorer

Hi,

It would be really nice if we could change the default text without going through the registry to do this, yet that is but one of my issues with Windows 11 in addition to not being able to never combine taskbar buttons. So, here is my question.

How does one make the popups in File Explorer to 1. make them larger like we used to do by just pulling at the corner and 2. increase the text size within the popups? The popups to which I refer are the popup boxes when you select "Properties" for a folder or a file. AND increasing the scale or text size in Display Settings is not the answer; believe me as I have been down that rabbit hole. :-( It is bad enough that increasing the scale and/or text size makes the text unreadable in certain applications because the text is now too large to fit within the 'text box'.

Hello, it is good to receive your feedback and currently I have voted for your feedback. Sharing your feedback link in this forum will allow more users to see your ideas and suggestions. If more users notice your feedback and vote on it, then the developers will likely pay attention to the situation faster and take steps to improve the user experience in order to progressively improve the File Explorer experience.

We fully understand the inconvenience the issue has caused and that the current situation can be frustrating.  However, there is currently no way to change the size of the Properties popup window or the text size.

Microsoft attaches great importance to user experience, you can submit your ideas and suggestions through the Feedback Hub, and the development team will regularly review submissions for ideas or fixes.
