0x1a_61941 BSOD Error Message

I've searched multiple other forums and still haven't arrived at a working solution for my computer.

I purchased a computer just under a month ago. It worked fine until it started BSOD randomly around 4 times a day.

These are my computer's internals: ASUS - ROG Zephyrus 15.6" WQHD 165Hz Gaming Laptop-AMD Ryzen 9-16GB DDR5 Memory-NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti-1TB PCIe 4.0 SSD. I barely downloaded any applications on it besides some games. The issue started after I downloaded BlueStacks. I have since deleted that application.

The blue screen would include a message that cites "Memory Management". I ran through debugs and came to the conclusion that this is the error string: "0x1a_61941_PAGE_TABLE_RESERVED_BITS_SET_IMAGE_hardware_ram". Recently I got a message that said: "Caused by win32kfull.sys" on the blue screen.

I've already run through multiple memory diagnoses, updated to the newest Windows build, and updated my drivers through GeForce Experience. Tried to scan through MyASUS and I somehow got a BSOD while in safe boot? I just now tried to reset my computer but somehow also got a BSOD while resetting?? Not sure what to do.

ASUS under the manufacturers warranty may provide telephone support / diagnostics guidance.

Seek a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Okay, so it definitely wasn't the solution.

I just got another BSOD from it working a day straight. Now I'm crashing every single second and it was to the point where I couldn't even get 1 second to open the dump files before crashing. I proceeded to boot through safe mode (It hasn't given me a BSOD, so I hope it's not a hardware issue? It is a rather 1-month-old computer). Here are the dump files after booting it in safe mode. I have attached it via a link, please let me know if you cannot access them.

Thank you again for your help.

    Hi Paul,

Thank you for your quick response. I've found a way to reset my computer by going to Recovery Option and wiping my entire system through ASUS's client, rather than Microsoft's client. Before, when I was wiping my computer through Microsoft, I would receive a BSOD (same Memory Management message) immediately around 60-65%. However, I managed to wipe my computer using ASUS's boot option and so far I haven't received any BSODs yet.

Perhaps it's going to appear in the next couple of hours or so, but I will send a dump file report if it does. Crossing my fingers on this one, because this problem was extremely confusing.

    Hi laytonzhang,

I'm Paul and I'm here to help you with your concern.

Can you share the minidump files?

    1. Open Windows File Explorer
    2. Go to C:\Windows\Minidump
    3. Zip those files
    4. Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox . . . etc.).
    5. Then share the link here.

    Thanks.
