Windows Hello Setup Issue

Question

Somehow the Windows Hello started to not recognize my face and I had to constantly sign in with my PIN lately. As this was becoming inconvenient, I tried resetting the face recognition and deleted the existing Windows Hello sign-in option. Then I tried resetting it but I don't see any button for the next step when the camera is shooting. I clicked on "get started" and the camera was on but then there's only "cancel" button at the bottom. Am I missing something or is there a way how I can fix this issue and setup the face recognition?

Reinstall driver

Press the Windows key + X and select Device Manager.

Expand the “Imaging Devices” and “Biometric Devices” sections.

Right-click on the drivers and select Uninstall device.

Restart your computer, and Windows will automatically reinstall the driver.

Go to the Device Manager; install it manually if the driver is not listed.

Check for Windows updates. Settings(Win+I) > Windows update > Check for Windows update.

After installing the pending updates and restarting the computer, return to the exact Windows Update screen, click Advanced Options > Optional Updates, apply the optional updates, and restart the PC.

Run SFC

1. Open the Start menu and search for "Command Prompt" or "CMD."Right-click on it and select "Run as admin.
2. Open command prompt with administrator access
3. Type each command below and wait until the scan is completed.

SFC /scannow

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Reset the Facial Recognition options and setup it.
