I want to install Forticlient VPN app but after installation when i click the app to open it i get this java error message ,how can i solve this problem pleasae guide me thanks.

Thanks for the info it worked for me after installation of latest version of the Microsoft Visual C++, i did not have to follow the other steps. anyway it worked for me now and i connect the app successfully. Thanks
