- Remove the wireless headset from the Device list.
Search "Bluetooth and other devices settings"
from the list select your Wireless Logitech Headset
Click Remove device
Press Yes.
- Search Device Manager
Open Device Manager
Click on "View"
Check "Show hidden devices"
Expand Audio inputs and outputs
Uninstall all the drivers related to your Logitech Headset
Expand Bluetooth
Uninstall All the drivers related to your wireless Logitech headphones
also, check for drivers related to the dongle.
Restart your computer.
Expand Sound, Video and game controllers
Uninstall all the drivers related to your Logitech Headset
Restart your computer.
- Check the list of the Device in Control Panel
Search Control Panel
Open Control Panel
Click View by: Large Icons
Select Devices and printers
from the list of devices , check if there are any devices related to the wireless Logitech headset or dongle.
Right-click on the device then select Remove Device.
- Set your new Headset as your default audio playback device.
In the taskbar, Right-click the Speaker icon
Click Sounds
Under Playback Tab right-click on the new headset and click "Set as Default device"
If the Logitech Headset is still in the playback list, Disable it.
- If you installed Logitech software for this headset. Try to uninstall it.
Then restart your computer.
