Hi all,

So I did a clean reset of my laptop and for some reason, Memory Integrity was set to OFF automatically from Core isolation>Windows Security. So whenever I turn it back on, windows ask me for a reboot to apply those settings and when the laptop gets restarted it shows me BSOD of NMI HARDWARE FAILURE and then it restarts again, and then I check memory Integrity settings again it is set to OFF again. Please help how can I fix this.

    Hi KuldeepYadav96,

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    1

After you reset Windows, did you download and install a full set of device drivers from the support page for your PC?

Before you reset Windows, what problem were you having with your PC that caused you to reset Windows?

    2

Please check to see if your PC is producing any minidump files, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes.

    Open Windows File Explorer.

    Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up.

Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.

Then post the link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you.
