Windows In-place upgrade errors

Hello so I wanted to do the Windows In-place upgrade by using the ISO. Everything went fine, but after about the second restart of the computer because of the update, the blue death popped up with this error: INVALID_DATA_ACCESS_TRAP. So I had to manually shut down the computer because it wouldn't restart itself. And after turning on the computer everything was back. I got this screen also shown. It says "Windows 11 failed to install." "We have set your computer back to the way it was set up just before you started installing Windows 11" "The installation failed at the SECOND_BOOT stage. An error occurred during the SYSPREP_RESPECIALIZE operation." Im on Windows 11 21H2.

May I know when did you last run the setup? The last setup operation, according to the log, was on 2023-05-13. Is that correct?

By the way, the problem was caused by RECentralService.exe (AVerMedia RECentral). Uninstalling it should help.

Please copy these two folders to the desktop, zip and upload them manually.

    C:$WINDOWS.~BT\Sources\Panther

    C:$WINDOWS.~BT\Sources\Rollback

When I run SetupDiag it always closes instantly and does not create any Logs folder.

    Hi Ondřej,

Please download SetupDiag and run it. The tool collects the setup logs and saves them into a zip file named Logs.zip on your desktop. Upload Logs.zip to your OneDrive, Dropbox, or any other cloud hosting account and share the link here.
