So, I bought a DELL laptop on a reliable store, second-hand. The laptop was coming from Belgium and I am currently in Portugal.

Because I did not trust, in any case, them with their installation, I decided to reset everything and install a clean Windows 10.

Now, I used the Media Creation Tool of Microsoft and installed Windows 10, but at a certain point, he ask me for an email from the software company Avanade. The problem is I do not have any account to this company, I never had and probably never will.

I don't know what to do. I tried inserting my usual Microsoft Account info but nothing seems to work.

At the end of the installation, when you are in the out of box experience, choose the option not to set up a network connection and do not try to add your Microsoft Account details, choose to create a Local Account.

If that is not successful, then check in BIOS for any setting that company's IT may have set in BIOS to require a company login.

To be honest, I don't know. I used the Media Creation Tool provided by Microsoft and let it run the stuff, I trusted it on the matter. I was able to go past the Legacy Boot on the UEFI one, because I also have a USB with the boot for Windows 10, but I don't know on which partion install it.

    Hi,

Thanks for your answer. Unfortunately, anytime I try to get past it without accessing Internet, it blocks me on a screen asking me for a connection

    Hello Davide,

    I am Jaspreet Singh.

Did you delete the partitions fully and then created them again during the process of reinstallation as that will clear any hidden sections.

That laptop was previously owned by an Avanade employee.

Ro bypass the restriction when you are clean installing Windows and remove that company from the laptop, you must ensure the laptop is not allowed to access the Internet in any way when you are setting it up, then you will be able to create a personal account o nit.
