About 50% of the time lately when I am shutting down my PC I get a message that Program Manager is preventing Windows shutting down. I always click on Shutdown Anyway. What is causing this issue?

    Hi tdehan,

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Do you have Nvidia graphics on your PC?

If you do, temporarily uninstall the Nvidia software and check if that stops that error on shut down.

Then download and install the latest version of that software that Nvidia provide on their website.
