lost admin rights after reset

i am the admin of this windows 11 pc i reset the pc and although it says i am admin it doesnt give me my admin right like turning off anti v

    You can change the administrator account in Settings or control panel.

    Another way is to create a new local account and change its account status from Standard to Administrator.
