Windows 10 reinstall error loop( need help)

Alright so I reset windows and did l that clear drive stuff and waited about an hour for the resetting this pc thing to finish. It finishes but then comes with these two prompts with the images below. And when I press next on the “why did my pc restart”. It turns black and my monitor turns again and shows the first image. Like a loop. Keep in my idk how to do the automatic repair ( I know how to open it) but it won’t work cuz it requires a password for userdefault0 which is concerning the fact that I didn’t register a user to windows yet and haven’t done any of the Cortana and what now when you buy a new pc. If anyone can give me a clear step by step guide on fixing this and not just links it would be great. Links with a very small amount of talking and focusing on the fix would be appreciated.

Hopefully you will not be asked for a password, but if you are blocked by a password, then the only option will be to create a bootable Windows 10 USB on another PC and use that to clean install Windows 10.

    H Nawshad,

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

A Windows reset can sometimes result in a corrupt operating system, the best option is to perform another reset to stabilize Windows.

Start your PC, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down

    Do this twice

On the third start Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt... etc.

Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Options - Reset this PC

Choose to keep your files and apps, just your files or to keep nothing

    Then start the Reset

Also I will be trying this once again when I am awake. If you could let me know if it requires a password or not it would be nice when pressing reset this pc, because I don’t have a password I haven’t made or logged into any Microsoft account for the device I’ve just been stuck on the loop.

Will pressing reset this pc require a Microsoft password or any sort of that? Because I was having trouble with the password for defaultuser0. I haven’t tried pressing reset this pc in the winre mode of whatever it’s called only command prompt ( from a YouTube tutorial ) but it required a password for the computers default user 0
