how do you clear the cache, cookies and site data
Any solution for Security code not working
I placed my account up for closure and changed my mind, and now every code that gets sent to my email doesn't work. I get a error message saying, ''That code didn't work". Any solutions customer support couldn't help

2023-07-06T13:55:58+00:00 Sorry for the late reply. Its possible that the code expires before you were able to use it or its an issue with Outlook server. In this case, I would suggest clearing your browser's cache, cookies and site data then retry sending the code. You might also want to check Outlook.com's service status to see of there's a known issue related to this.
