Any solution for Security code not working

I placed my account up for closure and changed my mind, and now every code that gets sent to my email doesn't work. I get a error message saying, ''That code didn't work". Any solutions customer support couldn't help

    Sorry for the late reply. Its possible that the code expires before you were able to use it or its an issue with Outlook server. In this case, I would suggest clearing your browser's cache, cookies and site data then retry sending the code. You might also want to check Outlook.com's service status to see of there's a known issue related to this.

    If the issue persists, try using in-private browsing/Incognito to send the and receive the code or using a different browser or device.

    yes its a Microsoft account im looking to reopen, but I keep getting a message saying the code didn't work. and no I only have my email attached to the account.

    To make sure I'd be sharing helpful advice, may I ask if it's a Microsoft account that you are trying to reopen? Also, do you have other security info available where you can send the verification code to?
