Storage increasing by itself

My OS(c:) keeps increasing without downloading. It went from 20gb free, 12gb free, to now 7gb free. I already tried clearing space and turning off hibernation but it keeps on increasing. I think it might be system & reserved but I'm not sure what else is taking up space. Any fix or cause?

Thank you for the screenshot.

Click your Start button, then just type advanced system and from the resulting menu, open Advanced System Settings

On the resulting dialog, on the System Protection tab, select your C drive and click Configure

Use the slider on the next dialog to set that to something like 10GB

Save that setting and restart (not shut down) your PC to apply that setting.

    Hi Tian Xiu

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Click the link below to download a small free utility named Treesize.

    https://www.jam-software.com/treesize_free

Very Important - to run TreeSize, you must right click its icon and choose Run as Administrator.

Please provide a screenshot of your C drive in that TreeSize utility, so I can see your hard drive and work out where that space is being used and if there is an underlying problem.
