That minidump file indicates that it is the device driver on your graphics card that is causing the system to crash

Completely remove the current graphics card device driver using the widely available free DDU utility, then restart your PC and go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturer's website to download and install their recommended version of the graphics card device driver.

A slightly older version of that driver is more stable than the latest version.

Hi, thank you for your reply and help, have tried that but it happened again a few minutes ago. There's a new minidump file but i cant find the event on the log. The dump file is: https://drive.google.com/file/d/11Pd-Y7OCzOLqIevlZAcNx7tbd23i6z-Q/view?usp=sharing is it the same issue or something else? Am afraid if its more that one drivers?

    Hi Amar Smajič,

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Your minidump files indicate it is the device driver on the Intel WiFi card that is causing the system crashes,.

Go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturers website, then from there, download and re-install the version of Intel WiFi (WLAN) card drivers they recommend.
