Windows 11 Time Sync Error: "Time synchronization failed please check network connectivity and retry"

Hello,

This past weekend I realized my computer's time is out even though it's configured to sync time automatically to time.windows.com. When I try to do a manual Time Sync I get the following error: "Time synchronization failed please check network connectivity and retry" even though I can PING the server it for some reason can't sync time. I tried changing the time server, FS Scan, CHKDSK, Registry changes, Firewall configurations, using the IP I got from pinging time.windows.com as the destination for time sync, BIOS Flash, CMOS Battery change and many more things. I ended up wiping all my drives as maybe it's a virus or malware and reinstalled Windows with a new ISO I downloaded from Microsoft today, the problem still persists.

I'm out of ideas, any suggestions?

Hello , sorry about your problems. My name is Marco and I will do my best to help you.

Maybe an application that you installed after your Windows reset?

Do a clean boot to see if it works. A clean boot means that you will start with only Microsoft services open.

Then, if the problem is solved, it will mean that it is an application which causes this concern.

You will then need to re-enable one app at a time to determine which one.
