Do it twice, and then your Pc boots in the recovery environment.

Run Startup Repair.
- Boot Into Windows Recovery Environment.
- Next, under Choose an option, click on Troubleshoot.
- Next, click on Advanced options.
- Click on Startup Repair. Now it will start to diagnose your PC to find issues with the start-up.
- Next, select a user account and enter the password.
- Click Continue to begin Startup repair. This process may take some time, so wait till it is complete.

Perform a restore point.
- Boot Into Windows Recovery Environment.
- Next, under Choose an option, click on Troubleshoot.
- Next, click on Advanced options.
- Click on System Restore
