Cannot find script file… HELP

Got this message pop up on a recently restored laptop

Can not find script file and it stopping me do certain things anyone know a fix? Thanks

    I'm Dyari. Thanks for reaching out. I will be happy to assist you in this regard.

    Kindly access the link below, click on "Download Autoruns and run the Autorun64 tool after extracting it as administrator:

    Then, in the filter box, type vbs. If it finds hidecmd.vbs, right click on it, and delete it.

    After that, reboot your computer to see if the message will pop up or not.
