Update to Windows 10 / 2004 failed for 2020 Surface Book 3 and i7-2600 Desktop

Question

Hello,
I tried to Update to the most actual Windows 20 /2004 Version using 2 different ways. One way was using the MS update assistant, the other was via Windows Insider and using "Searching for Updates". Both ways are not working. My Hardware is not compatible. What's wrong? on 2 other PC's with older hardware it was easy possible.
