Hi, I recently replaced my motherboard because I had some issues with it, I had an Asus p8p67 deluxe but after it broke I switched to a Biostar h61mlv3 I salvaged from an old dell desktop, and it worked just fine with a live Linux session on a USB drive, but when I tried to install windows 10 from a USB drive the windows logo and the loading animation come up formless than 5 seconds and then I get a bsod with the error code kmod exception not handled with no other error code or information, I've never had this error before with my old motherboard and I already tried everything I can do but nothing helped, I am wishing someone will help get rid of this error because I've been waiting to try this motherboard

Here's the specs of my pc:

Biostar h61mlv3 motherboard

Intel core i7-3770k

2×4gb of ddr3 ram

Gtx 650ti boost

525w cooler master psu

128gb hkhynix ssd

This is actually a bit strange.

Could you please share pictures of your BIOS settings screens for us to check?

If possible share a picture of each settings screen.

Update: I tried installing the 32bit version and it worked just fine, but I need 64bit because most of the programs I use need 64bit, and all of the components support 64bit so what can I do to fix this issue?

Hi, thank you for replying to my message

I tried multiple usb installations and multiple ways of creating the drive but that didn't help, I put an ssd from a laptop with an installation of windows 10 in that pc and I had the same problem,I changed multiple bios settings and tried both uefi and legacy but nothing, I am so frustrated at this point I'll try everything to get it working

    Hello, how are you?

It's probably a glitch with the Windows installation USB itself.

What method did you use to create it to perform a clean install of Windows?

Have you tried recreating it or even using another pendrive to test?

How are your BIOS settings? UEFI or Legacy?
