Some settings missing from settings app

Hi, a few months ago I noticed that some of my settings were missing. I am not able to change my background and I cannot access display, notification and power settings. I ignored it for a while and hoped they would come back after the next software update but they haven't.
I looked here and here for answers, but none of these methods have worked thus far. In this post, doing a complete reset of their computer fixed the user's issue but I'd much rather try every alternative first.
If anyone could explain to me what is potentially causing the issue and how I can fix it, that would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Hi Rainey CL,

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

1

Open the Settings App.

Go to Accounts.

Select Emails and Accounts, is there is a work or school Email listed there?

Select Access Work or School, is there is a work or school Email listed there?

2

Is there any error message or 'Organization' message on those settings pages?

3

Open the Settings app, then go to System - About, what is the Build No. of your Windows 10?

    Hi Dave,
I found that my work account was still connected it. I disconnected this account, restarted the computer and everything is back to normal. I can't believe I never thought of checking this!
Thank you so much for your help!
