I've used HDR before on only one monitor of two (because my second monitor doesn't support it) and now when I click HDR in settings, it automatically turns off when i try to turn it on. My monitor settings are on extend both monitors and have been like that.

    Hello charstew12

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

Based on your current question, it seems that HDR mode on Windows 11 can have problems with it suddenly not working. Common causes of such problems come from graphics drivers / monitor and GPU compatibility / choice of cables / power plan settings on the computer. As I have less information available to me, could you please try to provide some details:

    1. Whether your computer is currently a host device or a laptop device.
    2. If it is convenient, could you please share with me the device information of the computer and the model of the monitor.
    3. Is the cable that you are currently linking the two displays to be classified as HDMI or DisplayPort, and if so, does the information on these interfaces meet the **** specifications for HDR mode. For example HDMI 2.0 /DisplayPort 1.4 or higher.

The above information helps us to look at this issue further and feel free to reply if there are any updates.

    Best regards,
