Problem fresh loading windows.

I had windows 10 and upgraded to 11. Everything was going fine until I tried to reinstall things.

Something called RAV VPN got installed without my approval. I did what I could to get rid of it ant it would not go away.

So I tried restore and it failed to show a point b4 RAV.

Then I tried my backup from a different drive and that failed.

Then I tried to use my recovery drive. It failed.

Then I got a FRESH copy of Windows 11. It said that my computer wasn't able to run it. After I was using it.

So I get a FRESH copy of windows 10 and it won't install after the process has started. I get an error code:0x000000e

Can someone make sense of this.

I went through the 1st 2 steps with no luck. The 3rd step 'chkdsk' wouldn't do anything. Going through the steps jogged my memory that I have a separate drive with windows 10 on it. I put in a different drive and it worked fine. My conclusion is that the SSD was done.

All is good now. I was able to update, upgrade and use the backup that was made before any issues. New SSD is being ordered.

    Thanks for the help.
