Bluetooth Issues

Hello,

I am having an issue with bluetooth that I am unable to add any new devices. Even though when the bluetooth devices are on and disconnected, they're not showing up in the 'Add Device' tab when its on and it just keeps loading.

The bluetooth is on, and all the other steps are done correctly. I checked the drivers too and those are completely up-to-date.

I'd really like to know something different than what the normal Microsoft forums tell because I have done it all and nothing has changed.

    Hi Harry,

First, please update BIOS on the machine - link below:

    https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp101501-102000/...

Then, Remove the Bluetooth driver completely:

Afterward, download an older version of the driver from the manufacturer.

Install it and see if the issue resolves.
