2023-07-21T09:16:22+00:00 Hi,
Sorry if it didn't help.
Can you reinstall an older version of the Amd driver?
Also, check for the latest BIOS update.
I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted.

I'm Paul and I'm here to help you with your concern.
I will recommend that you clean uninstall the AMD driver using AMD Cleanup Utility
(https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-601).
After that, download and install an older/different AMD driver version.
I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted.
