https://answers-afd.microsoft.com/static/images/image-not-found.jpg**Sollutions I tried:** Troubleshooter, cleaning cache, reinstalling, wrreset, reparing, terminating, upgrading to windows 11, going back to a different time point on my pc, and reseting microsoft store. How I reached this point: First off when I couldnt download apps in Windows 10 with error code 0x80070424, then I decided to see if upgrading to windows 11 would help, this made me crash on launch, following this I decided to watch some youtube videos so I decided to reset microsoft store and I restarted my pc after I reopened windows store it would infinite load. I already spent 3 hours doing so many things as I explained above. You guys being microsoft I decided to look up other posts and tried all the solutions and none have worked.https://answers-afd.microsoft.com/static/images/image-not-found.jpgI cant upload a screenshot but I have the same problem as: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/microsoft-store-infinite-loading-screen/6602860b-6f1a-482f-9dcb-785d371e0b8e

If the issue still persists, please try performing an In-place Upgrade. Performing this can repair broken operating system files while your personal files, settings and installed applications will not be removed.

**Few things to check on the PC

Unplug all external peripherals except for the Mouse, Keyboard, and LAN cable before starting

Disable or uninstall any 3rd party Anti-Virus program to prevent it from interfering with the upgrade

    Kind regards,

Maybe delivery optimization is set 2 "PCs on my network, and PCs on the internet." It might give you an app to disable Windows Update, Did it?

Already tried the bat file 2 hours ago, the other alternatives don't work either. In update services it says no issues found.

Can you check if Windows Update service is available and running.

Click Start, type services.msc in the Start Search text area, and then click services.msc in the programs list. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Continue.

    Double-click Windows Update.

If the Startup status lists Stopped, click Start and then click OK. If the status is Running, right click then select Restart

    **Reset Windows Update Components
