I figured out it only happens after I open the MS site.
Pop up message from Microsoft
I'm getting small pop up notice from Microsoft Solitaire while I'm working on other programs. How can I stop this? It's not a paid advertisement. It's pop up window for Microsoft.

I am Dave, I will help you with this.
Where are you seeing that popup message is that at the bottom right in the notification area or inside some other software you are using?
Open the Settings app, then go to System - Notifications
Check in the list there for any app or process that may be generating that notification and disable it.
Otherwise, please provide a screenshot showing that popup notification about Solitaire.
