I have just built/installed windows yesterday and Bluetooth hasn't been working since I started up my computer. Neither of those methods have worked for me. When I tried the second method you gave me while I was trying to install the Bluetooth driver the setup wizard told me that I have a newer version even though I had just uninstalled it. and then told me that the setup wizard had ended prematurely. (I don't know if this has anything to do with it but I have not bought or entered a product key yet, I am new to computers and I thought I should mention it
