Error 90010703 while registering

Hi
I was trying to register for Certification Profile Exam AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals

But was unable to do so.

I got this error. Can you please help. Thanks

90010703: We are unable to process your request. It looks like your profile is missing information and/or information is incorrectly entered. Please contact Customer Support and provide this error code number.
