windows update problem

2023-07 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5, 4.8 and 4.8.1 for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64 (KB5028937)

I am downloading this update but it shows an error after showing installing

ERROR CODE Download error - 0x800f0841

    See if the offline installer (.msu) helps.

    2023-07 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5, 4.8 and 4.8.1 for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64 (KB5028937) windows10.0-kb5028853-x64-ndp48_6d85da3883386e6e72037cca91eb745df82bbd86.msu (install this if you have .NET Framework 4.8)windows10.0-kb5028849-x64-ndp481_454fc39e8357b2c158748a5ece8f060bcaf1b9c3.msu (install this if you have .NET Framework 4.8.1)
