"If the PC has been wiped out then it will also not show anything. " You mean the fresh installation of windows?

I think recovering my laptop is not an easy thing anymore.

If the PC has been wiped out then it will also not show anything. SSD has their serial number that is placed on the sticker label. It may or it may not have an option to change the serial in the BIOS as now a days there is no option for that that you can see directly from the BIOS settings.

It was turned on but no thief will let it remain turned on. If a new window installation is done can a new window installation track the machine number and somehow tell me if, at the time of the new installation, he turned on location tracking can the new window track the machine serial no?

One More question sir, Does SSD have a serial number. One of my colleagues was also telling that serial number BIOS can also be changed?

Good day pallavisharma007, thanks for your question. I am glad to be able to provide assistance to you today. Sorry to know on what happened and this can only happen if the find my device option is turned on (see the link below for reference) but other than that it will be best to report this to the police/local authorities and hopefully this can also be traced via a cctv footage.
