If you are getting the same problem on two PC's then there may be a hardware issue with the card, it would be best to get it tested.
Problem when installing GPU driver
So I am facing a problem installing the driver of my old GPU (GT 730 2Gb Ddr3)
Every time the driver finish installing, I will get BSOD with error : win32k.sys and nvlddmkm.sys
I tried to manually download the driver via Manufacturer site and Nvidia site but the problem still persist when it finish to Install.
Here's the recent Dumpfile you can use to help me solve the problem. Thank you

Re: motherboard old driver, I think it's not the case since I've also tried to install the GPU to my other PC (10th gen) and the problem is the same. It crashes when driver finish installing and give me BSOD win32k.sys and nvlddmkm.sys.
Re: Installing driver from NVIDIA, yes, I tried Installing driver from NVDIA and tried several versions and no luck as well.

I am Dave, I will help you with this.
Your minidump file does only list the Nvidia drives as the cause of the crashes.
I notice your hardware is a bit old, the BIOS data on your H61M-P20 (G3) (MS-7788) motherboard is 2012, are there any BOS updates available for that board on the manufacturers website.
Also, your Nvidia card is also old, the last actual release of a specific driver for that model was in 2015, have you tried installing this driver form Nvidia?
