So lately we see the following strange behaviour in our Intune environment. At the time we already have 2 Device configuration profiles which both show a lot of empty 'Other local users or groups' under the 'User Rights' section.

Also when I click on Properties it takes like 20 seconds for the page to load, I never see this with other Device configuration profiles.

We didn't configure anything under 'User Rights' within these profiles. What is going on?

@Chned , From your description, I know there are a lot of "Other Local users or groups" display under User Rights in Endpoint protection device configuration profile. If there's any misunderstanding, feel free to let us know.

For the policy which configured before in the lab, I find the display is the same as yours.

Given the situation, I create a new one in the lab to check, I configure the settings under User Rights, Under each setting, there's a branch setting named "Other local users or groups" .

After I configure these settings, I found "Other local users or groups" will display as below: It shows all the branch settings under the first setting.

For our issue, it seems to be a display issue. We can feedback in Intune user voice in the following link:
    https://microsoftintune.uservoice.com/forums/291681-ideas?query=%22other%20local%20users%20or%20groups%22

Meanwhile, we will try to feedback on our side. But I can't guarantee I can get a response. If I can get any update, I will post back.

In addition, as a quick method, maybe we can consider opening a case to feedback our issue. To open case, we can refer to the following link:

Thanks for your understanding and have a nice day!

    Hello ,

We still see this strange behaviour in our Intune environment. At the time we already have 2 Device configuration profiles which both show a lot of empty 'Other local users or groups' under the 'User Rights' section.

Also when I click on Properties it takes like 20 seconds for the page to load, I never see this with other Device configuration profiles.

How can we solve this issue?
