BitLocker decryption problem at boot time

My laptop booted with (probably) incomplete BitLocker encryption, after it was recently initiated from our company's central policy enforcement through JumpCloud. Now the key I see in my Microsoft account (which is the same as my system admin sees on Azure) doesn't work. Even the key id that the boot screen shows me doesn't match the key id shown in the account. I need to access my drive without having to format it. Is there a workaround where Microsoft can verify my identity and assist me decrypt?

    Hello,

Thanks for reaching out! I'm Microsoft user like you.

Recovery Key ID must be match with your Bitlocker prompt.

In this can your Company or JumpCloud can provide you the Bitlocker key as Its managed by them.
