I have installed bluetooth drivers from my wifi and bluetooth card's manufacturers website, but windows still says bluetooth is not compatible. Is there a way to install windows through the command prompt?

    Hello Nathan Brewer.

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

Regarding to your information I assume that you can't use your Bluetooth.

Could you provide the type of your wifi and Bluetooth cards?

If you want to install the Driver through the CMD you need to find the .inf file of the driver and you can follow these steps to install it with CMD

    commands.

Go to Device Manager->Find the device->Right-click it and click Properties ->Click Details->Select Inf name in Property. You can find .inf name in it.

    Run CMD as admistartor.

Use CD commands to jump to the path that saved the .inf file.

Use this command to reinstall it.

pnputil -d *.inf (*=name of inf file)

pnputil -i -a *.inf (*=name of inf file)

You can also try to contact the manufactory of your device for help.

If there is anything not clear, please do not hesitate to let me know.

    Hello Nathan Brewer.

    Thanks for your reply.

If you can't find the device in Device Manager it seems that because you do not install your device well or it's have some problems.

I suggest you can reconnect this PCIE WIFI card and connect Intel for help.

If there is anything not clear, please do not hesitate to let me know.
