is Auto File System Format Utility a normal task?

when i open task manager there is a task called "Auto File System Format Utility" but i have never seen that task before and it use alot of ram for no reason

    Please right click on that Auto File System Format Utility from Task Manager -> Right Click -> Open File Location.

    Please attach screenshot of the Location.
